Stop Parking Charges

Tory-run Lancashire County Council are proposing to bring in parking charges for parking in Clitheroe's Town centre streets. Cllr Allan Knox and the Lib Dem team are opposed to these as they will drive shoppers away and make life even harder for town-centre businesses. Therefore we are launching a petition to get them to change their mind.
